2024 KSS Welcome Event

KSS Foundation School hosted a virtual Welcome Event in March 2024

The 2024 KSS Foundation School Welcome Event (previously known as the Programme Fair) was held on Friday 15 March 2024 virtually via Microsoft Teams. This event was for all applicants who had been allocated to KSS to begin foundation training in August 2024.

All KSS trusts, current foundation doctors, foundation programme directors and other education staff took part in the event. With opportunity for applicants to ask questions and discuss the opportunities available to them during their foundation training. As well as a presentation given by Dr Paul Reynolds, Head of KSS Foundation School. With the aim to help applicants decide where they would like to work in the KSS region, and to support the process of ranking programmes on the online Oriel application system.

A big thank you to all those that presented and attended the welcome event, it was a great success.
