The primary care workforce resilience service (also known as the Coaching Scheme) is an important source of educational support for colleagues in primary care.
The primary care workforce resilience service is delivered locally by the seven locality Training Hubs across Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS). The service is available to practice managers, nurses and GPs.
