    LTFT Application

    Applications for LTFT training will be considered as per the guidelines given in the Gold Guide.

    LTFT applications can be submitted at any point in the year but should provide a minimum of 12 weeks’ notice.

    If you are already on LTFT training and wish change your percentage, the 12-week minimum notice period will still apply.

    Please complete the online application form to submit a LTFT training request.

    A member of the KSS GP Deanery Team will be in contact with your IPT outcome following the window closure.
