Debbie Robertson – Head of Quality
Debbie is responsible for the KSS Quality Team, having an overview how quality is managed and how this fits with the other work of HEE KSS locally and regionally, as well as working with other arm’s length bodies and professional regulators to deliver high-level quality functions.

Adrian Dessent – Quality Leads Clinical Placement
Adrian manages the operational delivery of the KSS Quality Team and associated work in order to implement the Quality Framework within KSS. Adrian is the team’s main link with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) for non-medical quality management and improvement. Lisa’s focus is the quality function within Primary Care.

Max Eager – Quality Manager (Regulation and Reporting)
Max monitors and analyses a range of data sources to provide quality intelligence for the team’s work. He works closely with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Medical Schools and Local Education Providers to improve of the quality of education and training for all healthcare learners. He also works with the GMC to provide assurances that HEE KSS meets the standards set out in Promoting Excellence.

Sarah Stanbridge – Quality Project Officers
Sarah monitors, analyses and acts upon multi-professional quality intelligence, working closely with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Medical Schools and Local Education Providers to ensure that the quality of education and training is of the highest standards and that robust quality control mechanisms are in place.
Her role include setting up, attending and documenting quality interventions and following up on actions. She aims to develop strong supportive relationships with education providers and act as a source of knowledge and advice for good practice and problem solving.

Nicola Trower – Quality Support Administrator
Nicola provides administrative support to the team. This includes day to day team support, coordination of work including the team’s newsletter, disseminating of information and diary management of the Associate Dean. She also supports the team with survey implementation, liaising with stakeholders, and managing databases.

Amelia Amon – Quality Intelligence Manager (South East)
Based in the KSS office, Amelia manages quality improvement projects across the South East region and supports nationally led education and quality initiatives. Via her project work she promotes the implementation of HEE’s refreshed Quality Framework in the South East. Her project portfolio includes Provider Self Assessment, Thematic Reviews and Patient Safety Syllabus.
