Welcome to South East Workforce Transformation team’s webpage. The Workforce Transformation team works closely with the Integrated Care Systems (ICS), NHS England and NHS Improvements to inform, influence, connect and enable development and redesign of the current and future workforce to meet the needs of the local population.
By utilising education as a prime enabler of workforce transformation, we support the ICS’ to identify innovative solutions that address workforce challenges and drive change.
