South East 10 Point Plan Webinars

The UK Government, through NHS England, has launched a 10-Point Plan to improve the working lives of around 75,000 resident doctors in England.

The plan recognises long-standing issues such as payroll errors, poor rota management, inadequate rest and food facilities, and the unnecessary repetition of statutory training when doctors move between placements. It aims to make everyday working conditions fairer, more consistent, and better supported across all NHS trusts.
