How KSS Foundation School Doctor Representatives are selected
KSSFS is keen to ensure that the views of our foundation doctors are adequately represented at relevant local and national meetings.
The KSS Foundation School admin team will write to all new KSS F1 doctors in August, inviting expressions of interest in representing KSSFS on various committees/groups by submitting a 100-word statement explaining why they wish to take part and how they would ensure that they represent the views of their peers across KSS. The FSD and Deputy FSD will then invite shortlisted candidates to an informal interview in early September, from which the successful candidates will be appointed.
