The NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI Welcomes Cohort 5 in Kent, Surrey and Sussex

We’re delighted to announce the start of Cohort 5 of the NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI across the Kent, Surrey and Sussex region, welcoming three clinicians. Joining from diverse clinical backgrounds, these fellows will spend the next year embedded in real-world AI deployment projects learning how to develop, implement, and safely monitor these tools within NHS clinical pathways.

Here’s a closer look at who’s joining, what they’ll be working on, and why they signed up.

Darren Tilley — Physician Associate

Project: Deployment and clinical use of AI CT Brain Reporting Software; post-deployment monitoring of AI CXR Reporting Software; and retrospective evaluation of AI MRI Prostate Reporting Software, at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust
