An award winning year for the KSS School of Obstetrics and Gynaecology!

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) Training Evaluation Form (TEF) enables trainees to give direct feedback on their training and lets the College monitor and improve the quality of training on an annual basis.. 

The results of the 2023 survey and has just been published and the KSS School of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is delighted to announce that it has received a fantastic nine nominations for awards!

In the Professional Development category we had several winners, reflecting the educational leadership across our deanery:

  • Ashford St Peter’s Hospital Chertsey
  • Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital Margate
  • St Richard’s Hospital Chichester
  • Worthing Hospital

In Obstetrics, Worthing Hospital received an award and in Gynaecology Medway Maritime and Worthing Hospital were both awarded.  

Ten hospitals were put forward as “overall winners” and St Richards’s Hospital Chichester and Worthing Hospital were both included in this category.

These awards are a fantastic achievement for the School of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in HEKSS and reflect the hard work and dedication of those involved in the education of the trainees. We are truly grateful to you all!
