Getting signed off is really straightforward. You need to complete three short forms and upload these to Horus/your ePortfolio. The following video explains this in more detail:

How do I get a certificate?
Once you have been signed off by your educational supervisor, please contact your local foundation co-ordinator through your education team. They will provide you with a certificate for your ePortfolio.
