Opportunity for HEE staff to undertake a Masters level qualification to support Primary Care
Primary Care is undergoing enormous changes and transformation which will be on-going for the future. We are looking to develop our current staff to help support the Primary Care team to continue to develop and respond to the new and innovative ways of working.
HEE KSS Primary Care department would like to offer up to 2 non-clinical members of staff the opportunity to undertake a part time Masters level course to develop a career in NHS Healthcare management.
We would support the course fees up to a maximum of £10,000. The successful candidate would be expected to complete the course in their own time and would be required to remain in HEE employment until the course completion.
Members of staff can only apply for the bursary through this online form, setting out how the qualification they are looking to undertake relates to HEE’s mandate and to their own personal development, with specific emphasis on Primary Care.
The application should also set out how the learning gained will ultimately improve the quality of healthcare and safety of patients in a way that is in line with the values of the NHS Constitution. Signed permission from your line manager will be required.
The deadline for applications is midnight on 16th August with interviews held for shortlisted individuals on Tuesday 1st September. If you have any questions please contact Dawn O’Grady.
