SUMMARY:Supported Return to Training Remote SIM and Coaching Course for GP Trainees
DESCRIPTION:This coaching course will help support you with the things you need to consider in preparation for your return towork\, including:● A general update regarding changes to GP training and working in General Practice.● A facilitated session to address any issues\, with advice and strategies to manage yourconcerns in a safe environment\, with peer support and signposting to services.● Simulations to practice your clinical knowledge and skills in managing common scenarios.● Coaching to prepare you for returning to work with a further 2 hours of funded 1:1 coachingpost-workshop\, with a trained coach\, to support you before or during your return to work. \n\n\n\nThese will be running on the following Mondays 28/02\, 21/03 and 25/04 from 1-5pm. \n\n\n\nSRTT-Coaching-remote-SIM-Advert-2022-134kb-3
